Building resilience and the capacity to adapt, recover, and grow in the face of challenges has become the primary task for global cities. Preparing for future uncertainties, seizing development opportunities in new trends, and achieving long-term value have become common goals for global cities. Over the past decade, the Belt and Road Initiative has continued to deepen, promoting all-round and multi-field connectivity through expanding regional cooperation and broadening global connections. It has provided international public goods and platforms for a more inclusive, inclusive, and resilient global development, nurturing new drivers of development and creating new flows of development. We have continuously optimized the Global Dynamic City and Belt and Road Potential City indicator system and algorithms, establishing a global coordinate system for sustainable and inclusive urban development. Based on diverse flows of people, goods, information, funds, and technology, we have analyzed the city network formed by global flows of factors at different levels of "city," "cluster," and "region." Through research, analysis, and case studies, this report provides insights and recommendations for global cities to achieve resilient growth in the vision of the Belt and Road Initiative.
