创新城区导向的城市更新策略：分析框架与国际经验_.pdf

摘要 : 本文探讨了创新城区作为城市转型和创新活力的重要工具，分析了创新城区的要素构成和组织，并总结了国际上的创新城区建设经验，旨在为我国创新城区建设提供经验借鉴。创新城区是创新系统嵌入传统城市空间所形成的新型空间，其空间生产过程通常表现为城市更新。本文从创新活动的空间视角出发，归纳构建创新城区城市更新的“创—城—人”融合发展的框架和建设模式，并通过国际案例分析，总结创新城区的建设经验。全球许多城市已开始着力打造创新城区，如芝加哥、费城、匹兹堡、巴塞罗那等。但我国在创新城区建设方面成效并不显著，需要加强理论研究和实践探索，探索适合我国国情的创新城区建设路径。 关键词：创新城区；城市更新；空间视角；融合发展；国际经验。 The article explores the innovation districts as an important tool for urban transformation and innovation vitality. It analyzes the elements and organization of innovation districts and summarizes the international construction mode, hoping to provide experience for China’s innovation districts. Innovation districts are a new type of space formed by the innovation system embedded into the traditional urban space. This article summarizes the framework and construction mode of innovation-district-people integration from the spatial perspective of innovation activities. International cities like Chicago, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Barcelona have started investing in creating innovation districts. However, China's construction of innovation districts has not been significant. Therefore, the article strongly suggests strengthening research and practical exploration to find a suitable construction path for innovation districts.
