2021中国高校毕业生发展洞察与展望-领英-202111.pdf

摘要 : The global crisis is expected to cause a loss of 75 million jobs in 2021, and the global unemployment rate is expected to reach 5.7% in 2022. The impact on the youth population is particularly severe, with an 8.7% decline in youth employment rates globally in 2020. China, as the second largest economy, has made progress in epidemic prevention and economic recovery, leading to a steady increase in employment. However, due to the complex external environment and future market uncertainties, the job market is under pressure, with a record high of 9.09 million college graduates in China in 2021. University graduates are an important force for innovation and development, and to provide forward-looking analysis to support their career development, the Center for China and Globalization and LinkedIn China conducted joint research in analyzing the career development paths of more than 2.5 million graduates from ten "Double First-Class" universities in China and the top 100 universities in the world. The report also provides recommendations on higher education, talent training, employment policies, and international education cooperation to assist the development of international talents and promote the mutual promotion of domestic and international cycles under the new development pattern in China.
